Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
A1: Yes, of course.
 
Q2: What is the lead time?
A2: The lead time is 30-40 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.

Q3: What sizes of mattresses do you carry? Do you make customized sizes?
A2: Any size of mattress as you required.

Q4: Could you provide customized products? Can you put our logo on the mattress?
A4: Yes, and logo free design and show on products.

Q5: How is your quality control?
A5: ISO9001, has experienced QC, also we mainly use automatic machine to replace workers.

Q6: How is your packing for overseas purchasing?
A6: There are three main packing ways:
a. Flat vacuum compression: vacuum compressed in PE bag, and packed into wooden pallet
b. Roll-packing: vacuum compressed and rolled in PE bag, and packed into carton or plastic bag
c. Non-compressed packing: PE bag + craft paper

Q7: How do you provide samples?
A7: Samples are available and to be negotiated.  Shipping charge is paid by clients.
