A: We mainly manufacture household furniture, like living room furniture, dining room furniture, lobby furniture, public area furniture, restaurant furniture, banquet furniture, villa furniture, apartment furniture. Include the loose furniture, accessories, and lights.

2.Q: How to place an order?
A: You can contact us and visit our online showroom to select your favorite product or send your inquiry to our email. we need some information to make a quotation as follow:
1) BOQ and specification of product.
2) project standard, and material required standard

3.Q: what is Payment term?
A: T/T payment. 30% Advance payment, 70% Balance payment should be paid before delivery.

4.Q: What special services you will provide to us?
A: 1) In MEA (UAE, SAUDI, QATAR), we have our long-time partner, we can provide one stop service from seaport to site, including shipping clearance, local transportation, site installation.
2) Third party factory inspection, high quality and fine workmanship guaranteed

5.Q: What is the process for doing business with us?
A:1. We make a quotation as your inquiry to get your final confirmation.
2.After you place PO with us, we will issue the PI.
3.After receiving advance payment Our design department will make shop drawing and prepare material sample to get your approval
4.After everything has confirmed, we start production.
5.During the production, we will update the process to you and make inspection report before packing.
6.Before shipping, you should pay the rest balance for delivery, and then we can inform forwarder to start loading.

6.Q: Warranty
A: One year against manufacturing defect.
